Southeastern Site Development was contracted to prepare this 14.5-acre site for the Preserve at Peachtree Shoals, a Senior Living Facility in Dacula, GA. We are clearing and grading, exporting 60,000 cubic yards of dirt, and installing storm water drains and sanitary sewage. Concrete curb and asphalt paving will follow.
