The SR 219 Passing Lanes project in Harris and Muscogee counties consists of 3.52 miles of roadway widening and reconstruction along SR 219, beginning north of Mulberry Creek and extending to Happy Hollow Road. The project involves clearing, grading, rock excavation by blasting, retaining wall construction, culvert extensions and replacements, and placement of stone base and asphalt pavement.
